Rihanna turns 20!
Singer Rihanna celebrated her journey into adulthood, namely her 20th birthday, today, February 20th.
Rihanna was surprised by friends who threw her a surprise birthday bash at the club Les Deux in Los Angeles. See those cupcakes with the candles? Apparently an impromptu food fight broke out soon after, and cupcakes were a-flying! My sources said that poor Rihanna had frosting all over her face!
Rihanna’s rumoured sweetheart, Chris Brown, was there, too. In fact, after the cupcakes were done flying, he sang an a cappella version of “Happy Birthday” that received a standing ovation.
In addition to Chris, other guests included Kanye West and Wilmer Valderrama.
Rihanna’s home country of Barbados has declared February 21 “Rihanna Day,” and the singer will be flying there to accept the honor, and will be performing a free concert!
Happy Birthday, Rihanna! Hope it was fab!
