A Summer of “LOST” Birthdays
When I was looking for today’s celebrity birthdays, I noticed that not one, but TWO of them are former Losties, from the hit ABC series “LOST.” In light of that, I recalled that while I was on vacation in early August, two more cast members celebrated birthdays, as well. Plus there were quite a few others in June and July! Wow– half the cast has summer birthdays!
So, I hereby declare today to be the day of “LOST” birthdays.
Today, August 22, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje (Mr. Eko) and Rodrigo Santoro (Paulo) celebrate their special day.
Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje (Mr. Eko) turns 40. He is also known for his brutal role of Simon Adebisi on HBO’s “Oz.”
Rodrigo Santoro (Paulo) turns 32.
Earlier this month, the following Losties celebrated their birthdays:
Harold Perrineau (Michael Dawson, Walt’s father) turned 44 on August 7th.
Daniel Dae Kim (Jin Kwon) turned 39 on August 4th.
Evangeline Lilly (Kate Austen) turned 28 on August 3rd.
Coming up in the next week are the following:
Brett Cullen (Goodwin) is turning 51 on August 26th.
Kimberley Joseph (Cindy Chandler) is turning 34 on August 30th.
July saw the following “LOST” birthdays pass us by:
Josh Holloway (James “Sawyer” Ford) turned 38 on July 20th.
Terry O’Quinn (John Locke) turned 55 on July 15th.
Matthew Fox (Jack Shephard) turned 41 on July 14th.
Michelle Rodriguez (Ana-Lucia Cortez) turned 29 on July 12th.
Andrea Gabriel (Nadia, Sayid’s girlfriend) turned 29 on July 4th.
Andrew Divoff (Mikhail Bakunin) turned 52 on July 2nd.
June had a few more Losties celebrating:
Michael Bowen (Danny Pickett) turned 54 on June 21st.
M.C. Gainey (Tom Friendly) turned 59 on June 15th.
Sonya Walger (Penny Widmore) turned 33 on June 6th.
And there are a few more coming in September, but we’ll wait on those, ‘kay? :)
